Founded in New York City in 2010, the office philosophy is to provide responsive services and efficient design for challenging projects.

Mr. Cheuk’s recent work includes the design and construction of 144-51 Northern Blvd, a 8 story, 300,000 sf residential mixed-used building in Flushing and 60-22 woodside Avenue, a 86,000 sf residential building with a two-story 42,000 sf below grade parking spaces.

He has managed the design of a broad range of projects including new structures in concrete, steel, wood and masonry construction, as well as numerous renovation projects and tenant alterations. On each project, Mr. Cheuk has been directly involved with the client from the pre-schematic phase through the completion of construction. He has also developed expertise in construction for inspection and management and often delivering designs to the client under demanding fast-track schedules and remedial needed during construction.

Mr. Edwin Cheuk, Principal of Grand Millennium Consulting Engineer, PLLC, received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as well as his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of New York and New Jersey and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Structural Engineers Association of New York.

Ethan Chong, Project Engineer, joined the team recently in late 2022 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Minor in Construction Management from New York University. He is currently an EIT and is working towards obtaining his PE.
